FastOpenAI Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
① Account data: mobile number (login identity), WeChat nickname/avatar (when logging in via WeChat), optional email; ② Business data: the business profile you fill in, diagnosis answers, spreadsheets/documents/images you upload; ③ Usage records: your interactions with the AI, token usage, operation logs; ④ Device data: IP address and browser type (for security and risk control).
2. How we use it
To generate the analyses and content you request, meter quota and billing, run security controls, and improve product reliability using anonymous aggregate operational metrics that contain no user identity, query input, or response body. We do not sell your personal information or business data, or allow unrelated third parties to use it for their own purposes.Necessary technical service providers (currently including Alibaba Cloud) are used to provide the hosting, storage, and AI processing you request. They process only the minimum content needed for the current task and may not use it for unrelated purposes of their own.
3. Customer data is not used for model training (please read)
FastOpenAI does not use your personal information, store operations data, uploaded files or images, business profile, conversations, workflow outputs, or any other customer data to train, fine-tune, or improve any generative-AI or machine-learning model. There is no user setting that changes this rule, and de-identification, plan changes, or separate consent do not override it. We also prohibit our service providers from using this data to train their own models. Model processing is limited to the minimum necessary to provide the feature you request, operate security controls, and meet legal obligations.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on cloud servers located in mainland China (Alibaba Cloud, Shanghai). All transmission and storage are encrypted; databases are backed up daily with off-site disaster-recovery copies. Uploaded images pass content-safety screening and are retained only as long as needed. Conversations, completed automated runs, derived reports, and historical business observations use rolling retention: up to 7 days for Trial/Free, 30 days for Basic, one year for Advanced, and five years for Elite. You may select a shorter period in Settings → Privacy & Data. Active accounts that existed when this rule launched receive a 30-day transition period during which legacy history is not bulk-deleted solely because of the new plan limit. Active connections, workflow/task definitions, and currently maintained sources are not removed merely because the history window expires. Billing, security audit, backup, and third-party source records follow their own necessary limits; where multiple limits apply, the shortest controls. Exception: product images you upload for publication on your Amazon listing are hosted in a publicly readable bucket in the US region (Alibaba Cloud US-West) — they are intended for public product display and Amazon needs to fetch them over the public internet long-term. Contact us to remove hosted images at any time.
5. Your rights
① Export: Settings → Account provides a self-service package covering account data, profile data, major interaction records and connection catalog entries. Category limits for high-volume history are disclosed in the package. For a complete access copy, contact support@fastopenai.com; we will provide it after verifying account ownership; ② Delete: you may delete your account at any time — login credentials are invalidated immediately, data-connection credentials are hard-deleted immediately, and remaining data is purged after the retention period; ③ Correct: profile and diagnosis data can be edited in-product at any time; ④ Restrict processing: contact support@fastopenai.com to restrict non-essential processing. No opt-out is required for the training purpose described in Section 3 because FastOpenAI does not perform that processing.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use first-party cookies required for login, security checks, and returning you to the intended page after login; the login-session cookie is HttpOnly. When a link includes attribution parameters, we also retain a first-touch source cookie for up to 30 days. It contains only source, medium, campaign, content label, initial landing path, and time, and is used to determine which public entry point led to registration; it never contains your tool query. Anonymous tool views and delivered results are deduplicated within the current browser session and aggregated only as “calendar day × tool × event.” Each report creates a random one-event ID; the server retains only its SHA-256 digest for no more than 24 hours to deduplicate retries across application nodes. It is not a visitor or session identifier and cannot link separate actions. The server does not persist a visitor identity, IP address, user agent, query input, or result body for this aggregate. Aggregates are deleted after 400 days and are not reverse-linked to an account if the visitor later registers. We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Minors
The service is intended for adult business operators and is not directed at anyone under 18.
8. Changes and contact
Updates are published on this page with a new effective date; material changes are announced in-product. Privacy inquiries: support@fastopenai.com.
9. Amazon seller data (Selling Partner API)
If you connect your Amazon store to this product, the following applies:
① What we access: after your explicit authorization on Amazon's consent page, we access your store's operational data via the Amazon Selling Partner API — product listings, inventory, order volumes and statuses, sales aggregates, financial-event aggregates (commissions/fees/refunds), and return records (order ID / SKU / return reason). Our application uses non-PII roles only and does not request buyer-messaging permissions; if an official returns report contains buyer-identity columns, they are stripped programmatically before storage — we do not store any buyer names, addresses, or contact details.
② What it is used for: solely to generate operational reports for you and to perform actions you confirm case-by-case (such as creating a listing). Amazon store data is covered by the same rule in Section 3 and is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model.
③ How it is stored: authorization tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; report data is stored on cloud servers in mainland China (Alibaba Cloud, Shanghai); all transmission uses TLS. Audit records for governed API calls follow data minimization: by default they retain metadata such as time, tool name, and status, not request parameters or response bodies.
④ How it is deleted: Amazon non-buyer-PII data and historical conversations, facts, observations, and reports derived from it are retained for no more than 18 months and remain subject to the shorter plan limit in Section 4. When you disconnect your Amazon store in Data Connections, we immediately delete the authorization token and scrub the data payloads from historical call records (keeping only audit skeletons such as timestamps and tool names). When you delete your account, authorization tokens and connection credentials are hard-deleted immediately and call-record payloads are scrubbed immediately; analysis reports and workflow outputs derived from your store data are purged together with your remaining account data after the 30-day retention period. You can also revoke this application's authorization in Amazon Seller Central at any time.
⑤ Technical-processing boundary: Amazon store data is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to unrelated third parties. FastOpenAI and the Alibaba Cloud infrastructure/AI services necessary to provide the service handle only the minimum data required for the current task (including necessary order-status and listing-detail snapshots, but never buyer personal information) and may not use it independently outside the current service task.
